What This Actually Reflects — in Operational Terms

Materials in Stock — Not «Available on Order»
Our warehouses on 4th Ave S and Aurora Ave N carry hundreds of materials year-round. When a framing crew needs building hardware and foundation components, siding, or decking on a Tuesday morning, we are not calling a manufacturer to check lead time. The material is on the shelf. Siding accessories and building envelope components are stocked the same way.
Next-Day Delivery Across Greater Seattle
Order by early afternoon and your materials arrive on your job site the next business day — whether you are building in Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Edmonds, Tacoma, or Auburn. Delivery is coordinated based on order volume and site access.
In-House Metal Fabrication — Not Outsourced
Custom flashing, coping, door pans, sill pans, and specialty metal trim are fabricated in our own metal shop. Standard commercial profiles are completed in 1–2 business days. This is not a value-added service. It is a capability most suppliers simply do not have.
Free Takeoffs in 1–2 Business Days
Send us your architectural plans or structural drawings. Our estimating team calculates exactly what your project requires — usually within 1–2 business days. Accurate counts, transparent pricing, no shortages mid-build.
Multilingual Support — English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian
Technical communication should not be a barrier on a commercial project. Our sales and dispatch teams speak four languages.

For Contractors and Builders
If your crews are framing, siding, or finishing a project in the Greater Seattle area, the value is simple: fewer delays. Materials in stock, delivery scheduled to your site, metal components fabricated in-house instead of waiting on a third-party shop. We work with framing crews, siding companies, decking contractors, window installers, fencing crews, and general builders who cannot afford idle time.
For Suburban Builds
Our fleet coordinates deliveries across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties — up to 50 miles from Seattle. Suburban job sites have longer transit routes and tighter schedules. We were built to solve exactly that.
For Retail Customers and Homeowners
Not every project is a commercial build. If you are replacing an exterior door, ordering siding for a renovation, or sourcing plumbing fixtures for a bathroom remodel, the same inventory and the same team are available to you. You do not need a contractor account to place an order.
When We Are Not the Right Fit
We would rather be clear than waste your time.
- Single-unit retail projects with no delivery need. If you need one box of screws and live near a big-box store, that is faster for you.
- Projects outside our 50-mile service radius. We deliver across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties. If your site is further out, we can refer you to a supplier who covers that area.
- Same-hour emergency requests. Our delivery model is next-day, not on-demand courier. If you need material in the next 60 minutes, we are not the fastest option.
If your project does not fall into these categories, the award is the least interesting thing about us.

The Seattle Times Best in the PNW is a community-voted program produced by The Seattle Times that recognizes leading businesses, organizations, and professionals across the Pacific Northwest.
